Overturning blower

Description

Bieffe Co overturners/blowers serve to clean glass jars, bottles, vials and jars availing of a jet of air, removing any dust and solid materials sedimented within, prior to proceeding with the filling operations.
Our machines collect the products from the worktop then rotate them via two chains with opposing rubber pads. Next, the appropriate blow bar, powered by an electro fan, generates an air flow that eliminates any residue and dust. The distance between the blow bar and the product is adjustable and is modified by means of a special lever for immediate operation without requiring any tools.
Once processed, the products are returned to the initial height or unloaded at a higher/lower level (optional).
When dealing with variable diameters, our machines can be easily set via a handwheel externally installed on the frame and connected with a chain system that regulates the distance evenly across the entire formation of the machine.
A tachometer positioned near the handwheel provides the numerical reference with respect to the format to be handled, making the format change operations simple and plannable.
Alternatively, it is possible to request our inverters with automatic adjustment of the distance, parameterised and managed directly from the electrical panel (optional).

Technical specifications:
  • The supporting structure is made of high-strength stainless steel, with feet that are adjustable in height by +/-100 mm;
  • The side guards and crankcases, made of stainless steel, can be conveniently opened for inspection and maintenance;
  • The chain, with steel links and interchangeable rubberised gripper pad, guarantees an effective grip of the products;
  • The chain slide guides are made of high-density polyethylene and lubricated at the curving points through centralised tubing via a manual pump;
  • The powerful 2.2-kW fan is complete with filter (F5) for processing air;
  • A control panel manages the blower and buffer transport.
